Our story is rooted in the heart of Africa, driven by a powerful truth: immense potential is consistently met with immense systemic barriers. We began our first chapter in Gashora, Rwanda, inspired by the journeys of young visionaries—the aspiring professional balancing education with parenthood, and the budding inventor solving community problems. We saw them not as isolated cases, but as a testament to a continent of untapped talent.

This is the core of our mission at Öraculi Program Africa. As a nonprofit organization headquartered in Rwanda, we exist to dismantle the barriers that stifle potential. We believe that talent is universal, but opportunity is not. Our goal is to provide the tools, mentorship, and platform needed to transform formidable drive into lasting success.

We build this foundation on three core pillars:

• Mentorship & Career Guidance: We bridge the gap between emerging talent and industry leaders, ensuring that ambition meets expertise.

• Women’s Health & Empowerment: We integrate reproductive health services with microloans, supporting women as the cornerstone of community growth.

• Education & Sponsorship: We provide scholarships and upgrade schools into tech hubs, creating the environments where innovators are born.
